Founded by Serena Adsit in 2010 after 15 years as a model, MINT began with a simple belief: representation should be personal. Danielle Menon joined in 2012, bringing a new generation and perspective to an agency shaped by real experience in the industry.

Today, we represent models, personalities, creators and hosts, connecting distinctive talent with brands across Singapore and beyond - while continuing to nurture the people behind the work.
